Jules Rullens (1850- 1936)
An artist of the Belgian school. Jules Rullens studied at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts, Brussels.
His prize winning works were exhibited in the 'Salonnet'and Portenart galleries in Brussels.
He is known is known primarily for interior and pastoral scenes.
 

---CONDITION--

Antique condition with signs of wear commensurate with age. This includes 'craquelure' (pattern, of cracks that develops across the surface as the paint layers age and shrink) and some fraying of canvas on sides. (please see photos). The painting is quite fragile due to age.
